Operationalizing a Brand for the Largest Sod Farmer in Hawaii

Since 1999, Southern Turf Hawaii has farmed 11 sod varietals on their 96 acres of land in Mililani. They supply the highest quality turf-grass for residential and commercial properties including championship golf courses, five-star resorts, and special projects, like ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition.

Our first goal was to showcase the farm’s scale, seasonal crops, and hardworking crew through striking photography captured at key moments from dawn to dusk. These site visits shaped both the creative direction and strategic approach.

From refining the brand identity to optimizing the digital experience, we focused on the details that drive big results. By strengthening Southern Turf Hawaii’s market presence and streamlining processes, we helped scale operations and enhance their product offering.
